Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship to all states and territories within Australia via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Standard delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express post options may be available at checkout.
Packaging All books are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition as described. Rare, collectable, and antiquarian books are given additional protective packaging.
Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
In-Store Pickup We offer free in-store pickup from our Cootamundra, NSW location. Select this option at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
